Due to the unique nature of many toxic tort claims, this area of litigation can be extremely difficult. Million of workers are exposed to toxic chemicals on the job, even when their employers have attempted to protect them. In many cases, the protections provided are insufficient. In toxic tort and toxic exposure cases, determining who is at fault for a serious injury or untimely death can be complicated. Often times there is a latency period of many years after exposure before injury manifests itself.

  • Manufacturers of benzene or benzene products
  • Oil Refinery Workers
  • Chemical Lab Workers
